What do we do when we have no more capacity?

This audio is a response to the events of 2020. The limited capacity all citizens feel when constantly overwhelmed with the dramatized main stream media, only increases the polarization of an already stretched society. This brings the question "what do we do when we have no more capacity?" How do we take control of the information that floods our consciousness to build back up our capacity?
